From the best costumes to the scariest movies there are a number of Halloween websites that I think have really "carved out" a name for themselves. I did a general search for Halloween resources and the number of results I got was positively scary! Have I got a treat for you! I've left no tombstone unturned to find the top websites dedicated to Halloween (and not just to selling ad space to other companies!). Happy haunting!
